See every important link and image problem on the page you are reviewing. Open Broken Link & Image Checker on a page to inventory its links, review nofollow, sponsored, and ugc relationships, spot failed or missing-alt images, and locate findings directly on the page. - Group internal, external, empty, anchor, JavaScript, email, and telephone links. - Turn Page highlights on or off and choose nofollow, sponsored, UGC, external, and broken-image categories individually. - Scan area: default Full page, or switch to Content only to skip nav/header/footer/sidebar noise. It shows the actual starting H1 and final text block; Edit accepts pasted start and end text when automatic detection needs correction. - Jump to, copy, or deliberately open individual links. - Filter findings and export CSV or Markdown reports. - Run a best-effort status check when useful. Same-site links need no extra access; external checks can use the optional Any site choice in Settings. - Skip known affiliate and tracked URLs during status checks and bulk opening so the tool does not manufacture clicks. - Use the popup or persistent Chrome side panel. - No account, analytics, telemetry, advertising, or Desk Anvil processing server. The scan runs locally after the user invokes the extension. Temporary outlines do not modify or save the website and disappear when switched off or when the page reloads. Honest limits - Some sites refuse automated status requests. Refusals, timeouts, and external links without optional site access are labelled site refused check, couldn't verify, or no site access—never falsely called broken. - Affiliate, short, redirect, and tracking links are deliberately not status-checked or bulk-opened because doing so can register real clicks. - The extension checks only the current page; it does not crawl an entire website or monitor pages automatically.
