Broadsheet
Overview
Send pages to Broadsheet on your Mac, read with your own sign-ins and subscriptions.
Broadsheet for Chrome is the companion to Broadsheet, the Mac app that binds web links into one well-made book: a typeset PDF, an EPUB or a single web page. It needs Broadsheet on the same Mac. • Add This Page: send the page you’re reading to Broadsheet, as Chrome shows it, with your own sign-ins and subscriptions. • Add Page or Add Link from the right-click menu. • Articles Broadsheet couldn’t read by itself (a site that asks you to sign in, or to prove you’re a person) are read in Chrome instead, on the sites you allow: in background tabs, one at a time. Private by design: pages go only to Broadsheet on your own Mac, over its local connection (127.0.0.1), and only once you’ve connected the two with a code from Broadsheet’s Settings. Nothing is sent to any server. The extension doesn’t read your history, passwords or cookies.
