Brightspace PLUS enhances the Brightspace grade page experience significantly. Before, most classes would not even show your overall grade, now…. GRADES PAGE IMPROVEMENTS -What-If Grades: Modify assignment grades locally to see real-time updates to category and overall totals. -Supports weighted and unweighted grading logic. -Displays overall class percentage even if hidden by the instructor. -Includes a reverse calculator to determine the exact score needed on remaining work to reach a target percentage. -Edit category weights directly to correct syllabus misconfigurations. -Add custom placeholder assignments for upcoming work or grades from external platforms. -Move assignments between categories to adjust how they are weighted. -Can Auto Sort assignments into categories. -Can Import grades from Codio and Gradescope instantly. (Matches assignment names on Brightspace, and puts in grades. If no Brightspace assignment exists with the name, it makes a custom assignment) COURSE OPTIONS -Custom Grading Scales: Define per-course scales to display letter grades (A, B+, etc.) based on your current percentage. -Templates: Generate shareable codes for course structures, including weights and category names. -Save changes you make permanently and reload. -Course structures, categories, and what if grades are PERMANENT until you actually remove it, or click the reset button.
