BrightOps Inventory Companion saves original CRM page screenshots for a private migration inventory. Start a scan in BrightOps Inventory, confirm your source account, and click Connect Chrome. The companion connects automatically; no pairing tokens or Developer mode are needed. On the screenshot page, confirm the named account and choose Start screenshots. The scan uses your existing Chrome session and a separate capture tab. It reads reviewed pages, blocks source mutation requests, rejects credential screens, and saves screenshots and visible page evidence privately over HTTPS to BrightOps Inventory. You can stop collection at any time. Review saved records, native screenshots and explicit access gaps alongside the existing CRM API inventory. Export the private evidence or compare inventories using verified IDs and migration mappings. Pages that cannot load safely are recorded as gaps; this is not a promise of complete account coverage. Requires desktop Chrome, administrator access to your CRM subaccount and its installed BrightOps CRM app. Website access is requested only for the named scan origins. The debugger permission reads and screenshots only the companion capture tab and validates an existing-session refresh; it does not read your browser passwords.
