Overview
Opens the caller's FieldRoutes account automatically when a customer service rep answers a call.
BRD Caller Pop is internal software for BRD Pest Solutions customer service staff and is not intended for general use. When a representative answers an inbound call, the extension opens that caller's account in the FieldRoutes tab they already have open, so they can start helping the customer instead of asking them to read out their address and spelling it into a search box. It works only on the company's own FieldRoutes system, contacts only the company's own server, and requires an access key issued by BRD. It does not read page content, track browsing, or share any data with third parties.
