)Overview
Fill speaker application forms from your Brandpod profile, and teach it from your edits.
Stop retyping your bio. If you speak at conferences, you have filled in the same details a hundred times: your bio at three different lengths, your talk abstract, your job title, who the session is for, and why you are the right person to give it. Brandpod Speaker Autofill does it for you. Open a call-for-speakers form, click once, and your details are in — drawn from the speaker profile you already keep in Brandpod. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect your browser once, using a pairing code from Brandpod (Settings → Integrations). 2. Open a speaker application form and click "Fill this page". 3. Review what was filled, submit, and confirm any profile updates worth keeping. WHAT MAKES IT CAREFUL • It picks the right bio. A 150-character field gets your short bio, not your long one cut off mid-sentence. • It never overwrites your work. Anything you have already typed is left exactly as it is. • It knows what not to touch. Passwords, payment details, and date of birth are never filled, described, or stored. Hidden anti-spam fields are left empty, so your application is never flagged as a bot submission. • It handles forms that ask one question at a time. On those it keeps filling as you move through, and shows a Stop button for as long as it is running. It never presses Next or Submit — you stay in control of what gets sent. • It finds embedded forms. Many event sites load their application form inside a frame; the extension fills those too. • It asks before it learns. When you rewrite something it filled, it offers to update your profile — and saves nothing unless you tick the box. One-off answers specific to a single event are never learned. • It only runs when you ask. The extension reads nothing until you click Fill, on the tab you are looking at. It requests no site access at all. • It keeps track of what you applied to. After you submit, it asks whether to record the application against that event in your Brandpod pipeline — and records nothing unless you say yes. • Replies come back to you. Where your account has a verified sending domain, the email field is filled with your Brandpod mailbox address, so an organiser's answer lands in Brandpod next to the application instead of a personal inbox. You can change it before submitting. WHAT YOU WILL NEED A Brandpod account on the Lite or Pro plan. The extension reads your speaker profile from your Brandpod account and does nothing without one. PRIVACY The extension sends Brandpod the structure of a form — labels, field names, field types, and length limits — so it can work out which answer belongs where. It does not send what you type. The only exception is a value you explicitly confirm saving to your profile. It also sends the address of the page you are filling — the site and page only, never anything after the "?" — so Brandpod can tell you which event it belongs to, warn you if you have already applied to it, and record the application when you confirm you submitted it. To match fields and draft answers, form labels and questions are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). They do not use this data to train their models.
