This chrome extension is designed for students at Brandeis University. It saves you the time of filling out the daily health assessment by hand everyday by auto-filling and submitting the Brandeis Daily Health Assessment for you once you click on the button on the extension. It fills in the bubbles saying you are completely healthy and asymptomatic. There will be a confirmation screen to ensure that you would like to fill out the assessment with the described information; if you would rather fill it out by hand/need to fill in something different on the health assessment form, simply press "cancel". It'll save you basically the 15 seconds a day it takes to fill out the form.
