BP CRM Notes puts Bramlett Partners CRM context directly inside Gmail, so agents never have to leave their inbox to work a contact. It adds a sidebar to Gmail with four panels: - Person: categorize the open contact by contact type, heat, and transaction side, track signed agreements, and apply curated tags, all without switching tabs. - Feed: a chronological email feed for the contact, with lightweight spam and important classification feedback so the CRM learns which messages matter. - Compose: AI-assisted drafting from company templates and the agent's own personal templates, with one-click insert into the Gmail compose window. - Nudges: follow-up reminders so a contact never goes quiet without the agent noticing. This is an internal tool built for Bramlett Partners real estate agents. It is not intended for use outside Bramlett Partners and requires a Bramlett Partners identity to sign in.
