Read and visualize EEG signals from .txt and .edf files.

BrainViz is a lightweight Chrome extension that helps researchers, students, and clinicians visualize Electroencephalogram (EEG) data from .txt and .edf files directly in the browser. It lets you instantly view EEG files from PhysioNet and other sources right in your browser, without extra tools or software. Offline EEG files can also be viewed after loading them manually into the extension. Features: • Supports .edf and .txt EEG files • Auto-intercepts EEG downloads from supported sites like PhysioNet • Upload EEG files manually through the popup panel • Channel-wise EEG plotting (stacked & compact views) • Apply signal filters: bandpass, highpass, lowpass, notch (50/60 Hz) • Signal navigation with a draggable time slider • View Power Spectral Density (PSD) plots for frequency insights • Band topographic maps to visualize frequency bands Perfect for: • Neuroscience students • BCI/EEG researchers • Healthcare & biomedical developers
