bpmn-io-browser-plugin
Overview
Render BPMN & DMN diagrams inline on GitLab & GitHub, with a before/after diff in merge/pull requests and a standalone viewer.
bpmn-io-browser-plugin renders BPMN & DMN diagrams directly inside GitHub and GitLab — no downloads, no external services. Features: • Inline viewer: open any .bpmn or .dmn file on GitHub or GitLab and see it rendered as an interactive diagram instead of raw XML. • Semantic diff in pull/merge requests: a visual before/after of what changed — elements added, removed, changed or moved, including Zeebe (zeebe:*) properties. • Standalone viewer: drag & drop local .bpmn/.dmn files to view them, fully offline. • Self-hosted support: enable it per-domain for GitLab EE / GitHub Enterprise instances, on demand. Privacy: The extension collects no data. It has no analytics, no tracking and talks to no external servers. Diagram files and pull/merge request data are read only to render them locally in your browser. Built on the open-source bpmn.io toolkit (bpmn-js, dmn-js). Open source under the MIT license.
