I cancelled my account because I was not notified for surveys. I deleted the extension but it keeps coming back. I have deleted and reported it several times. I DONT WANT IT. STOP BOTHERING ME!

I have removed this extension from Chrome no less than 20 times and every time I reopen a browser it comes back. DO NOT INSTALL THIS!

Neilson extension on Google Chrome since update makes Chrome very laggy and near impossible to use.
Turn extension off, all is great, turn back on and Chrome freezes and lags very badly. It shouldn't take 2 minutes to open a table, load Chrome or open a website.

Please advice as I feel that Google's update is thinking the Neislon app is an AD blocker as YouTube won't work at all and gives you the "ad block" message.

Need Support from someone who can respond with Actual Help.

Your support team told me to uninstall and reinstall this extension because it Suddenly stopped recording points on my account on about 3/30/24. In doing so, this extension folder ended up becoming deleted from my Chromebook. I have exchanged numerous messages from your support people between then and today, 6/17/24 and they keep replying with the same basic instructions even though I have Clearly Explained that I am receiving a message saying that I need YOU to send me Link to add the extension folder back on to my chromebook. I need someone who can think OUTSIDE THE BOX to reply with the actual link to add the extension folder back onto my Chromebook, because the directions that they have replied with ARE NOT WORKING. Please can someone Help me, there have been a total of Twenty emails exchanged back and forth as of today, 6/17/24. Thank you.

Salve, ho cambiato dispositivo, ed ho provato ad installare l'app sul nuovo, quando provo ad accedere all app nielsen panel mobile, ricevo un avviso che mi informa che il device non e' compatibile o che ho installato l'app su troppi dispositivi. Lo stesso problema mi era capitato in passato con un altro dispositivo. nella mia area personale ho verificato e non risultano regisstrati dispositivi mobili, ma solo due pc .

Hello, I have had this extension installed on my PC for 2 years now maybe longer. I have not been notified, sent, or received any rewards yet. That was the whole purpose of installing the extension. Can someone please let me know what is up with the rewards distribution. I can't even view my rewards.
