Nielsen Extension

I've been using this extension for years, since October 2nd, it stopped working and everything I do to correct the problem along with Nielsen support, does not work.

I've been using Nielsen for years. I was referred by my friend Valarie and she has been a member since 2017 .....this app if installed correctly will run on auto pilot for years and you just collect. It's very rewarding.

bogus claim of not active . I like rewards and cant figure out how with no changes on my end how the Chromebook wont credit. I've tried every trick in the book delete refresh reinstall. once they get your info they don't need to keep paying duh

It has stopped working on my Microsoft Edge browser. I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still does not work.

This app has not worked for mobile since 2021. so any one that says they are doing great with it are liars. For the longest time you couldn't even login on the website even though you changed the password. the next time you logged in with the new password it wouldn't work. I see they fixed that after 2 years. ANd there are TWO logins. 1 for the panel and one for the rewards page. and one is does not work with the other.

Well, I'm definitely not an AI created by anyone other than God and my parents. Ha! The extension works well for me and has for the last 3 years. No operator error here.

doesn't seem to work on chrome sometimes

Absolutely useless product. The mobile app doesn't work, the website doesn't work. I was literally told that my GALAXY S24 IS NOT COMPATABLE. What?! You can NEVER update your information because you are blocked from it and Nielsen claims they cant legally update it on their end. Their customer service agents are unable and unwilling to provide customer service without belittling you. I love Nielsen, never had a problem with them, quality and very helpful, I recommend it

💯I love Nielsen Computer Panel and all of their products!!!I I've enjoyed it very much, and I haven't had any problems. I get points like I'm supposed to, It doesn't affect or slow down my devices...and, they are very reputable company❗❗❗
