Find a business you'd like to work with, open their website and let GlideUp Outreach do the copying for you. GlideUp Outreach is the browser companion to the Outreach add-on for GlideUp CRM. One click reads the business's website, fills in their details, checks they're not already in your CRM and saves them as a lead, ready for a campaign, a call or a follow-up. EVERYTHING ON ONE SCREEN • Business name, email, phone, full address, industry and social profiles, taken from the page you're on and the site's contact and about pages. • Company number, VAT number, legal name, opening hours and founding year when the site publishes them. • Other emails and phone numbers it found, so you can switch to the right one with a click. • Every detail shows where it came from, and anything worked out rather than read is marked so you know to check it. SPOT YOUR WAY IN Website insights show how the business runs online and where you could help: • Which website builder it uses, and whether it has online booking, a shop, live chat, reviews, a newsletter or analytics. • What's missing or dated: no HTTPS, not set up for phones, an old copyright year, no analytics, nothing for search engines, no social profiles. The insights are saved with the lead, so your team has the context later. NO DUPLICATES Before you save, GlideUp checks your CRM for the same website, email or name. If the business is already there you'll see its status, lead score and next follow-up, and you can open it or add the new details to it instead. FOLLOW UP WITHOUT LEAVING THE PAGE • Add the lead to an Outreach campaign. • Leave a note or record your own observations. • Schedule a follow-up, with a phone, LinkedIn or research task for the lead's owner. • Open the record in GlideUp in one click, on your organisation's own GlideUp address. MAKE IT YOURS Choose your default campaign and follow-up timing, analyse automatically when you open it, open new leads straight away, switch organisations and pick a light or dark theme. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • It only reads a website when you click "Analyse this website": the open page and up to four public pages of the same site, fetched without your cookies. You can turn the extra pages off in Settings. • It never reads passwords or form fields, and doesn't track your browsing or run in the background. • It never sends an email. Campaign emails are only sent from GlideUp, after you've reviewed who may be contacted. • It talks only to GlideUp, and nothing is saved until you choose to save it. WHAT YOU NEED A GlideUp account in an organisation with the Outreach add-on (a free trial may be available), and a role that includes Outreach. Sign in with your GlideUp account, including Google or Microsoft sign-in.
