Boost Lightning is a Chrome extension that integrates micropayments (zaps) into Twitter via the Bitcoin Lightning Network. Users can tip content creators with zaps that appear as icons next to tweets. This functionality is exclusive to users of the extension. Features: Adds zap functionality for microtransactions alongside tweets. Provides a visual indicator of account verification within Twitter. Use of the extension is free for viewing and sending zaps; transactions require an external Lightning wallet. Configuration of payment and verification settings is available through the Boost Lightning website. This extension facilitates microtransactions without altering the core functionality or layout of Twitter.
