It allows your managers to manually synchronize profile data into their BoondManager workspace, without re-entering information, directly from their browser. How does it work? Navigate to a profile on a professional platform Validate the information to import — nothing is transmitted without your explicit confirmation Click the “Add” or “Update” button that appears in the extension The profile is created or updated in your BoondManager workspace No data is collected or transmitted automatically. Each synchronization requires a deliberate action by the user, profile by profile. What you synchronize • First name, last name (if available) • Job title and current company (if available) • Professional email (if available) • Skills and experience (if available) Requirements • An active BoondManager account • The extension installed and connected to your Boond workspace Compliance and security • No third-party data storage by the extension • Data transmitted exclusively to your own BoondManager workspace • Hosting in Europe (GDPR compliant) • 100% manual and traceable synchronization
