Save open tabs as bookmarks, add context, and find the right website without searching through one long list. 🗂️ ORGANIZE THE WAY YOU THINK • Separate projects and interests into workspaces and pages. • Group bookmarks into categories and add multiple tags. • Keep notes alongside links, and mark everyday tools as favorites. • Browse all bookmarks in a workspace or explore a tag across pages. • Reorder items with drag and drop. Deleted items go to Trash so you can restore accidental deletions. 🖼️ CHOOSE YOUR VIEW • Table: compare titles, websites, categories, tags, notes, and dates at a glance. • Board: browse bookmarks in columns grouped by category or tag. • Cards: use a visual layout for your saved resources. • Adjust grouping, horizontal or masonry layout, compact display, column colors, and visible fields from View settings. Hide empty groups when you want a cleaner view. 🔖 SAVE LINKS WITHOUT LOSING YOUR PLACE • Use Quick save from the toolbar, the context menu, or a keyboard shortcut. The bookmark is saved first, and you can then adjust its title, destination, category, tags, and note. • Open Full Popup to browse and search your collection without leaving the website you are viewing. • Select currently open tabs or existing browser bookmarks and add them to boomation. 🔎 FIND WHAT YOU SAVED Press Ctrl+Shift+Q (default, customizable) on a supported website to open quick bookmark search without leaving the page. Choose a workspace and search its saved titles, URLs and notes across pages, or open its favorites before typing. Results show page, category and tags where available. The overlay follows your fixed startup workspace or remembers its own last workspace, independently of Full Popup. Chrome settings, the Chrome Web Store and other protected pages do not support the overlay; no separate search window opens there. Search titles, URLs, and notes. Combine favorites with category and tag filters, select several categories or tags at once, and sort by title, website, or date. Prefer a quick single selection? Click an item's label instead of its checkbox. 🔐 LOCAL FIRST. SYNC BY CHOICE. Start as a Guest without signing in. Your bookmark data stays in the browser on your device, and local bookmark management works without Google Drive. Create or sign in to a member account when you want to connect your own Google Drive. Sync is optional and requires separate authorization; creating an account does not connect Drive automatically. When enabled, the extension syncs directly with your Google Drive app data folder for use across devices. The boomation backend does not receive, read, store, or relay bookmark content, workspaces, pages, tags, notes, Trash contents, or Google Drive files and their metadata. The backend handles account, plan, subscription, and authorization services — not your bookmark collection. 💾 BACK UP, MOVE, AND PERSONALIZE • Import and export Chrome-compatible bookmark HTML. • Export a workspace as JSON and restore from boomation backup files. • With Pro, automatically back up all workspaces to your own connected Google Drive. Choose the check interval and how many backups to keep. Trash is not included in backups. • Choose a light or dark theme, or follow your system setting.
