I enjoy using the Booksaver web extension due to the efficiency it offers. Without having to allocate any brain power, I can update my reading list as if I were simply adding a new song I discover to an already existing playlist.

Great extension, I've been trying to get myself to read more and this helps. Easy to use and the UI is clean
