Bookmarks Manager Start Page replaces the new tab page with a focused local workspace for people who work with many tabs every day and need order, speed, keyboard control, and repeatable context switching. It is built for research-heavy, technical, creative, and operational work where the browser becomes the main workspace: dozens of open tabs, saved references, recurring work contexts, and tab groups that need to stay understandable without constantly reaching for the mouse. Main features: - Search bookmarks by title, URL, folder, domain, or tag. - Organize bookmarks into folders without losing keyboard speed. - Import bookmarks directly from the browser after a user click, or from an HTML export. - See open tabs in a structured workspace instead of hunting across the tab strip. - Filter tabs by group or domain, rename tab labels, and manage tab groups. - Save reusable daily setups and reopen work contexts with named tab groups. - Move from bookmarks to tabs, groups, search, dialogs, and actions with keyboard shortcuts. - Use the command palette for keyboard-first navigation across core workflows. - Customize the UI with guided theme and preset setup, including built-in visual presets and saved custom presets. - Export and import a full local backup for settings, bookmarks, folders, groups, and setups. - See a local "What's new" notice after extension updates. Privacy: The extension stores data locally in the browser. It does not use analytics, does not operate a backend, and does not send data to the developer. Optional favicon loading through Google S2 is disabled by default and can be enabled manually in settings.
