Chrome hides your bookmarks behind a narrow bar and a slow manager. Bookmarks Board puts all of them on one screen: sections laid out as tiles across columns, each tile a tight list of links with favicons. WHAT IT DOES • Everything visible at once — hundreds of bookmarks, no folders to expand • Instant search over titles, addresses and section names • Most-used first — the section you actually open sits top-left, the link you actually click sits at the top of its section • Editing in place — rename, move between sections, delete, add. Drag a link onto another section, or drag a section header to reorder sections • Trash — Chrome deletes bookmarks for good, this keeps them long enough to change your mind • Light and dark themes, English and Russian • Column width and row density to taste EVERYTHING HAPPENS IN YOUR BROWSER No account. No server. No network requests of any kind — the page never calls out, and there is nothing to call out to. Your bookmarks are read from Chrome and written back to Chrome; nothing is copied anywhere else. Edits are real: renaming or moving here changes the actual bookmark, and Chrome sync carries it to your other devices the same way it always has. RANKING BY WHAT YOU ACTUALLY USE By default the board counts the links you open from it. If you press "Rank by history" it asks for permission to read visit counts from Chrome, and the order becomes meaningful immediately, without waiting for the board to learn your habits. The permission is optional, you can refuse, and the counts never leave your machine. OPEN SOURCE MIT licensed. The code is small enough to read in an evening.
