A local-first reading list.

I love reading internet articles + I like to keep and share the ones I like. But, the list gets out of hand because obviously as a reader you have more articles in TBR, than we care to admit. I wanted to have list which will have my TBR (To be read) + where I can save good articles and share it with my friends and family (just to see getting ignored, hope someone can relate). My initial solution for this was bit hacky, I created 3 bookmark folders TBR?, TBR, good in chrome. What is "TBR?"? It is a candidate TBR not all articles can be read. And as the name suggests, a link would go through TBR? -> TBR -> good (if it was good). While functional, I wanted a better experience of bookmarking. A click and it should just work! So, as an engineer, I made one. Bookmarkit is privacy focused minimal article (or any url for that matter) management extension. It has 5 tiers to rate article on: TBR?, TBR, S, A, B. Who wants to keep the articles they don't like? just remove them. Because it is local, it has an export feature (+ import feature), so that it is easy to have all the articles with you or share it with your friends! And because the analysis paralysis or a reader has no bound. It has a feature to get a random article from TBR and other one to get the latest article. Hope, you like it as much as I do.
