This plugin displays tags and links and the rest of the text in the bookmarked titles separately and takes advantage of the data syncing of the title column of the bookmarks in Chrome Base to save user annotations on each page so that they can be synced across devices. The bookmark's link can open a windows app such as onenote:// joplin:// etc.
