Adds shortcuts to handle the current tabgroup.

Note: If the shortcuts don’t work, your browser or another extension may already be using them. Go to your browser’s extension shortcuts page (chrome://extensions/shortcuts) and assign different keys. This extension handles duplicates and can reuse existing folders that match tab group names.
