Changes made in one will reflect in the other instantly. • No importing, exporting, or extra steps. • Everything stays perfectly in sync with your native browser bookmarks. ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――― WHAT IT DOES ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――― SCANNING — Scans bookmarks in your expanded folders every 7 days and re-scans whenever folders are expanded. You can re-scan anytime if desired. If a previously safe bookmark now flags as suspicious or malicious, the add-on will alert you. LINK CHECKING — Checks if your bookmark links are reachable, indicating if the links are live, broken/unreachable, or parked domains (parked typically means they are for sale or currently ad farms). OPTIONAL API SUPPORT — Integrated support for VirusTotal, Yandex, and Google Safe Browsing scanning with your own API key. Keys stored locally with AES-256-GCM encryption. DUPLICATE DETECTION — Scans your bookmarks for duplicates and helps you tidy them up individually or in bulk. PREVIEW IMAGES — Hover over any bookmark to generate a small preview image of the web page. UNDO YOUR MISTAKES — Deleted something by accident? You have a 5-second undo window before the change reaches Chrome. A changelog in settings lets you undo events even later. CUSTOMIZABLE INTERFACE — Multiple themes, text and accent colors, layouts, scaling options, and the freedom to use your own background image. FAST SEARCH & ORGANIZATION — Advanced filtering, drag-and-drop reordering, and multi-select to open bookmarks in bulk across new tabs or windows. QR CODE GENERATION — Instantly get any bookmark onto your mobile device. OPTIONAL SYNC — Remote bookmark backup via GitLab Snippets. Sign in with GitLab OAuth to encrypt and sync your token across all your devices automatically. Token auto-rotates silently in cloud mode. No analytics. No data sharing. Everything stays on your device by default. GitLab Personal Access Tokens expire and need to be periodically rotated. Bookmark Manager Zero handles this automatically — but without cloud sync, when one device rotates the token, every other device you use is left holding the old invalidated token and loses access until you manually update it everywhere. Enabling optional Supabase storage solves this: when any device rotates the token, the new token is encrypted and pushed to Supabase, and all your other devices silently pull and apply it on their next sync. No manual steps, no broken sync on secondary devices.
