Bookclicker Companion

Tracks swaps and adds control panel to Bookclicker site.

Bookclicker Companion adds an "Advanced" tab to the tab row on the Bookclicker site. A control panel pops up which, on Launch Center, shows the number of swapped/paid emails going out with your ad for all time, next 3 days or next 7 days. (Control panel buttons that do nothing have been removed.) Across the Bookclicker site, all "Book" buttons will now open in a new tab instead of replacing the current tab when the button is clicked. "Book" buttons will be turned red for any Launch Center email list (matched by name) to indicate that you tried to book with this list in the last 30 days. (Older than 30 days, "Book" buttons become blue again.) "Book" buttons are temporarily turned yellow when pressed and, if future pages mix in the same list, their "Book" buttons will be yellow, too. (Browser refresh clears all yellow buttons.) The unreadable message Inbox is made beautiful, notes can now be added for each list and viewing actual messages is improved. A clumsy "paste promo email content" text box has been added to more easily view promos sent on your behalf and message the senders to thank them. In v0.0.4, a "Scan" button is added to the Marketplace page so you can page directly through calendars rather than doing the Book/open tab tango (the only UI still exists if you still want that, though). A similar "Review Ads" button is put in your own calendar so you can more easily access the ad swap info needed to compose your own emails.
