Overview
Share your booking links and see your upcoming meetings from your browser.
Share the right booking link without leaving the tab you are on. Book Your Calendar is scheduling built for how India books: clients pick a time on your booking page, and for paid meetings they pay by UPI or card before the slot is confirmed. This extension puts your booking links one click away. Quick share - Press Ctrl+Shift+B on a Mac or Alt+B on Windows, or click the toolbar icon. Pick where you are sharing: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Gmail or Other. Then pick an event type. - For LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Other, your message with the booking link is copied. Paste it into your conversation and send it yourself. - For WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own Click to Chat opens in a new tab with your message. You choose the chat and press Send. - For Gmail, a new email opens in Gmail with the link in it. Nothing is sent. In the toolbar - See your event types with their duration and price. Copy a booking link, open your booking page, share it on WhatsApp or start a new email in Gmail. - Open an event's availability or edit it on your dashboard in one click. - See your upcoming meetings, grouped by Today, Tomorrow and Later, in your own time zone. - Join an online meeting (Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams) from the list, or open its reschedule or cancel page on your dashboard. For teams - If you are in a team on a plan with team mode, switch between Personal and your team. Your team's event types and the team meetings assigned to you appear in the same place. In Gmail - A Book Your Calendar button sits in the compose toolbar. Pick an event type and a sentence with the booking link goes in where your cursor is. You press Send yourself. - Prefer to paste? Turn on Paste mode in Settings and the button copies the sentence and link instead. Your privacy - We do not read, save or send your chats or emails. The Gmail button only adds the link you pick, and nothing is ever sent for you. - The extension does not run on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram or X. For those you paste the message yourself, or WhatsApp's own Click to Chat opens. - It never cancels or changes a meeting. Those open on your dashboard, where you confirm them. - You sign in on bookyourcalendar.com and click Allow. You never type your password into the extension. - Disconnect it at any time from Settings on your dashboard, and it stops working at once. You need a Book Your Calendar account. Start for free at bookyourcalendar.com. You can switch the Gmail button off, or turn on Paste mode, in the extension's Settings. Change the shortcut at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
