Weather changes fantasy outcomes, but checking forecasts for every game eats up your Sunday morning. Gridcast puts the forecast right next to each player on your fantasy football roster, color coded by how that weather has historically affected his position. What you get: • A weather badge beside every player on your roster • Hover details with temperature, wind, precipitation, and wind direction for the kickoff window • Impact ratings tailored to each player’s position, from quarterbacks to kickers and team defenses • A weekly panel that lists only the games where weather actually matters • Domes and closed roofs flagged automatically Built on real data: Impact ratings come from 10 NFL seasons and 2,761 games, comparing each player with his own average. In games with wind of 15 mph or more, quarterbacks averaged about 10% below their norm while team defenses averaged about 22% above. Rain cut passing game output by about 12%. Forecasts: Forecasts come from the National Weather Service and post about seven days before kickoff, covering every US stadium. Privacy: Gridcast collects no personal data.
