Unofficial guided vowel training and progress tools for the BoldVoice vowel map.

BoldVoice Vowel Progress Coach extends the BoldVoice Vowel Map with guided pronunciation practice, live vowel feedback, and local progress tracking. It works directly with the BoldVoice Vowel Map: https://boldvoice.com/games/vowel-map How it works: 1. Choose a target vowel. 2. Practice the current sound, transition, word, or phrase. 3. Watch the live vowel-map feedback. 4. Repeat each pattern until you reach ten correct repetitions. 5. Review your accuracy, coverage, attempts, and progress history. Training stages: • Pure vowel sounds • Onset transitions • Coda transitions • Word families • Mastery phrases After word-family training, mastery phrases use your previous results to move through five-point levels toward 95% mastery. Features: • Live vowel-map feedback while you practice • Guided training that follows the curriculum • Targeted training for specific sounds and patterns • Word-family drills • Mastery phrase practice • Accuracy, coverage, attempts, and progress history • Pause and ready states so outside sounds are not counted accidentally • Free Play pronunciation games The extension runs only on the BoldVoice Vowel Map page. It reads the current vowel-map state to provide visual feedback and grade practice attempts. The extension does not record or upload microphone audio, access a camera, require a separate extension account, or send training progress to a server. Training progress and settings are stored locally in Chrome and are not synced or shared with the publisher.
