Body Blur (Face Clear) is a privacy helper for live video pages in Chrome. It soft-blurs body areas of the video while leaving the face clear, so you can still see who is on camera without exposing the rest of the frame. HOW IT WORKS • Detects the person in the live video • Applies a strong body blur overlay • Keeps a clear face region (with adjustable padding) • If no face is found, the full frame stays blurred (safe default) PRIVACY • All processing runs on your device • No account required • No video upload to external servers • Settings are stored locally in Chrome CONTROLS (toolbar popup) • On / off toggle • Body blur strength • Face pad (extra room around the face) NOTES • Designed for supported live video pages • Works best in recent Chrome builds • Stream site controls (volume, etc.) remain usable This extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any streaming platform.
