Overview

A toolkit for the Strava web feed. Currently: Auto Kudos, which scrolls your feed and gives kudos with a skip list.

Strava Assistant adds practical tools to the Strava web feed. The first one is Auto Kudos. WHAT IT DOES If you follow a few hundred athletes, keeping up with kudos means scrolling your feed and clicking the same button over and over. Auto Kudos does that part for you: it walks down your feed, gives kudos to every activity that doesn't have one from you yet, loads more as it goes, and stops on its own when it reaches the end. You watch it work. A small panel in the corner of the page shows a running count and a Stop button, and you can stop it at any moment from there or from the popup. HOW TO USE 1. Open your Strava feed at strava.com/dashboard 2. Click the Strava Assistant icon 3. Choose which entry types to include, and add anyone you'd rather skip 4. Press Start WHY YOU'D INSTALL IT • Catch up in one click. A backlog that takes twenty minutes of scrolling takes one press of Start. • Skip whoever you like. Paste names, athlete IDs, or profile URLs into the skip list and those athletes are passed over. • Choose what gets kudos. Separate toggles for activities, posts by people, and posts inside clubs, so you can kudos every run without also kudos-ing brand posts and club chatter. • Nothing is lost when something fails. A kudos that doesn't stick goes back in the queue and is retried, rather than being silently counted as done. • Try it before you trust it. Dry run mode logs every kudos it would give, without clicking anything, so you can check your skip list first. • Your own activities are never touched. PRIVACY No account, no sign-up, no servers. Strava Assistant runs entirely in your browser, on strava.com only. It collects nothing, sends nothing anywhere, and has no analytics. Your settings are stored locally in Chrome and never leave your machine. Requires Chrome 111 or newer.
