Drag left no longer opens tab in background

Drag left opens the tab in foreground (navigate to new tab) instead of opening it in background since the latest update.

Chrome Version 107.0.5304.87 (Official Build x86_64). Macbook Pro MacOS Monterey V12.4.

Drag to left no longer opens in background

First of all, thanks for this incredibly useful extension. Are you still maintaining this codebase? I saw on Gitlab that this extension had no commits in years.
Anyways, after updating to Chrome 107.0.5304.87 (Linux x84_64), dragging something to the left no longer opens an unfocused tab. Instead it behaves identically to dragging to the right.

and drag hyperlink to open in front/background tab
drag img to open img in front/background tab

Dragging a mail to a folder in outlook.com opens up a new search for dragStarted. Can this be looked into and fixed?

Broken when search text contains "&"

The text needs to be escaped for searching.

1.4 broken

Hey guys,

Version 1.4 is complaining about the default engine not being set. Here's the error:

Error in response to tabs.getSelected: ReferenceError: engine is not defined
at Object.callback (chrome-extension://bnmedfjfiggbacggokfddhocaignedbk/background.js:26:29)
at chrome-extension://bnmedfjfiggbacggokfddhocaignedbk/background.js:24:16handler @ extensions::uncaught_exception_handler:8

Let me know when you've updated this so I don't have to run in developer mode and keep re-enabling v1.3.

Dragit! Double tab

When I drag a link Chrome opens it in 2 tabs.

Turn off, when drop to text box.

Please turn the search function off when i drag and drop the text to the webpage text or search box.
Could be cancel the drag with right click, or somehow.
