Music Ducker for YouTube
Overview
Lowers your YouTube music while another YouTube video plays, then fades it back up when the video pauses or ends.
Listen to music in one YouTube tab and watch videos in another without reaching for the volume. Music Ducker lowers your music while a video plays, and brings it back when the video stops. HOW TO USE 1. Start your music in a YouTube tab. 2. Click the Music Ducker button and choose "Use this tab for music". 3. Play a video in any other YouTube tab. The music fades down. 4. Pause, finish or close the video. The music fades back up. FEATURES • Smooth fades, not sudden jumps • Choose how quiet the music gets, from 0% to 100% in 1% steps • Ignores short pauses, so skipping around in a video doesn't make the music jump up and down • Ignores muted videos, such as the silent previews on the YouTube home page • Works with any number of video tabs; the music comes back up only when all of them stop PRIVACY Music Ducker collects no data. It only checks whether videos on YouTube tabs are playing, and it never sends anything off your computer. Not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
