Overview
Protect yourself from accusations of time theft at work with a private, tamper-proof session log.
ATTL Anti-Time Theft Logger creates a private, timestamped record of your personal time — so a dispute about how you spent your time off the clock isn't just your word against your employer's. Start a session before personal tasks, and end it when you're done. What it records - Start and end time for each session - Public IP address and network provider, so you can show you were off a work network - Device basics (screen resolution, language, browser) - Top-level domains for every tab opened during the session - Active engagement time on supported AI assistant sites (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and others), based on idle detection and window focus - A short fragment (roughly the first 15 words) of each prompt you submit on those AI sites — never the full prompt, and never the assistant's response (Optional) - Auto Start and Auto End on a daily schedule you set - A native helper you install yourself on your Mac to log which desktop app is frontmost and correlate git commits from a repo you choose — this never runs unless you separately install and configure it Why it's safe to trust - Independent app from your employer's - Fully separate from employer accounts and systems - Stored on your device, never sent to your employer - You must read and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms before your first session - Your log is tamper-evident: every entry is cryptographically hash-chained, the database itself rejects edits or deletes (even from us), and a fingerprint of all encrypted logs is independently published to a public record every day - 3 most recent sessions free forever Full encryption details: oscarpoon.ca/attl/tamper-proof Built for office, remote, and hybrid employees who want a simple, private way to document personal time apart from paid work. What's new in v1.61? The toolbar icon now glows after an hour so you don't forget a session is running, with a toggle to turn that off. Sessions can auto-start and auto-end on a schedule. AI-site engagement is now tracked as a short fragment on a growing list of supported sites you can extend yourself. An optional native helper adds desktop app tracking and git commit correlation. First-time use now requires you to read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms before you can start a session.
