Built for insurance agents, it helps you look up client addresses, merge PDFs, access quote forms, and save notes and documents with less copying, pasting, and switching between tabs. ->Address tools for AMS360, AgencyZoom & NowCerts: Click the MIA icon beside a supported client address to load it into the sidebar. Quickly launch Zillow, Google address searches, and county or parish tax assessor searches. AgencyZoom address capture supports lead detail pages. -> Convenient browser sidebar: Keep useful tools within reach while working in your agency’s management system or CRM. -> Local PDF merging: Combine multiple PDFs into one document directly on your device. Files are processed locally for merging, without uploading them to a third-party PDF service. -> Save to AMS360: Search for clients, select policies, add notes, upload documents, and customize document names before sending them to AMS360. -> Save to AgencyZoom: Search for leads and customers, create notes directly on their records, and upload documents to leads. Select related opportunities to reference in your notes; notes and documents are saved to the parent lead record. Customer records support notes only. -> Connected MIA quote workflows: Sign into your MIA account to access connected tools and launch personal and commercial quote forms in the MIA web app. Eligible subscribers can also access MIA Bot, our AI chat assistant, through the web app. Address tools support AMS360, AgencyZoom lead pages, and NowCerts.
