Feedelius RSS Reader is a fast, clean RSS feed reader right inside Chrome – no account, no servers, no ads. Click the toolbar icon to open the reader in its own tab with three columns: your feeds on the left, the article list in the middle and the reading pane on the right. FEATURES • RSS 2.0, RSS 1.0 and Atom – paste a feed address or just a website address and the feed is found automatically, also for YouTube channels and playlists, subreddits, GitHub projects and Mastodon profiles • Right-click any page or link → "Subscribe in Feedelius" • Starter packs with popular technology, travel and music feeds to get going in seconds • Keeps up to 200 articles per feed by default (adjustable from 10 to 1000), optionally none older than 30 days, 90 days or a year; new articles are added on every refresh • A subtle line in the list shows what is new since your last visit • Groups: select several feeds and group them by topic – a group reads like one combined feed • "All unread" and "Today" views across all feeds • Sync across your computers through Chrome Sync – feeds, groups, rules and favorites, no extra account • Unread count on the toolbar icon; feeds refresh in the background every 15, 30 or 60 minutes – or only manually • Keyword rules: highlight articles about topics you care about, mute the noise – every highlight keyword gets its own view in the sidebar with all matching articles • Compact list with titles only, or titles with summaries • Unread counters, "unread" filter and search with highlighting • Feed check: spot feeds that keep failing, have moved to a new address or have gone quiet for 90 days – and clean them up in one place • Favorites: save articles with the heart for later – they stay even if you remove the feed • Full text: switch it on once (key G) and every article loads complete in the reader – great for feeds that only send a teaser • YouTube videos with thumbnail and description – one click plays them on YouTube • Clean article view with images, code blocks and tables • Text size S, M or L for the reading pane • Resizable columns and a collapsible feed list • Reorder feeds by drag and drop, rename and remove them (with undo) • Import and export your feed list as OPML, including groups (folders from Feedly, Inoreader & co. are kept) • Fully keyboard-driven (Space to read on, J/K, O, M, H, / and more – press "?" for all shortcuts); optionally mark articles as read while scrolling • 16 color themes (Settings → Appearance): the classic dark and light ones, calm and colorful palettes, neon Synthwave and two retro green and amber terminal screens – all tuned for easy reading; works in narrow windows too NEW IN VERSION 1.3.0 • 14 new color themes besides Dark and Light, all with high contrast for reading – including Green CRT and Amber CRT, two retro terminal looks with a monospace font • Unread counts and dots get their own color in many themes, so they stand apart from the buttons • "New since your last visit": a subtle line in the article list separates what came in since you were last here • Keep articles by age as well: forever, 30 days, 90 days or a year – favorites are always kept; Settings also show how much storage Feedelius uses • Subscribe by pasting the address you see: YouTube channels, playlists and videos, subreddits, GitHub projects (releases or commits) and Mastodon profiles now work without hunting for the feed • YouTube videos show their thumbnail and description; one click plays them on YouTube
