Carddio CRM for WhatsApp adds a CRM sidebar directly inside WhatsApp Web, so sales and support agents can see the right contact, lead, and conversation history without switching tabs. Open any chat in WhatsApp Web and the sidebar automatically matches it to the corresponding contact or lead in your Carddio CRM account, showing their profile, status, and activity timeline right next to the conversation. Chats already synced to Carddio are marked with a small badge in your WhatsApp chat list, so you always know who's already in your CRM. Requires an active Carddio CRM account. This extension only runs on web.whatsapp.com and does not send messages or take actions in WhatsApp on your behalf.
