Overview

Fold away code comments in GitHub pull requests, commits and compares, so you can review just the code.

Review the code, not the commentary. Comment Fold collapses comment-only lines in GitHub diffs into a single, clickable row, so long doc blocks and explanatory notes stop pushing the actual changes off screen. • Works on pull request "Files changed", commit and compare pages, on both the classic and the new review view • Understands every language GitHub highlights: //, /* */, /** */, #, --, <!-- --> and JSX {/* */} comments • Each folded row shows how many lines it hides, and how many of them were added or removed, so you never miss a changed comment • Click a folded row to expand it, click again to fold it back • Lines that mix code and a trailing comment always stay visible • Toggle with the button in the bottom-right corner, or press Alt+Shift+C • Your on/off choice is remembered across tabs No account, no tracking, no network requests. Everything runs locally on the GitHub page you're viewing. Open source: https://github.com/wagnerpaz/comment-fold-for-github
