)Overview
Quickly invite users to a Facebook Business Manager by email and role, directly from the BM settings page.
BM Invite Tool makes bulk-inviting team members to your Facebook Business Manager faster and simpler — no more clicking through multiple menus for every single person. If you manage Facebook Business Manager accounts and regularly need to add employees, partners, or admins, this extension removes the friction. Open the tool on any Business Manager page, enter an email address, choose a role, and send the invitation in seconds. ✦ FEATURES • One-click invite — Enter an email and role, press Invite. Done. • Role selection — Choose between Admin (full access) or Employee (limited access) per invite. • Auto-detects Business ID — The tool reads the Business ID directly from the current page URL, so you never have to look it up manually. • Works inside Business Manager — A small floating button appears only on business.facebook.com pages, keeping every other site clutter-free. • No login required — Uses the session you are already signed into; no separate authentication needed. • Instant feedback — Success and error messages appear immediately after each invite attempt, so you always know what happened. ✦ HOW TO USE Go to any page on business.facebook.com (e.g., Settings → People). Click the BM Invite Tool button floating in the bottom-right corner of the page. A dialog will appear showing your current Business ID (auto-detected from the URL). Type the email address of the person you want to invite. Select a role: Admin or Employee. Click Invite — the invitation is sent immediately. A confirmation message tells you whether the invite was successful or if an error occurred. Repeat steps 4–7 for each additional person. The dialog stays open so you can send multiple invites without reopening it. ✦ REQUIREMENTS • You must be logged into Facebook Business Manager in the same browser. • You must have permission to invite people to the Business Manager account. • Navigate to a Business Manager page (business.facebook.com) before opening the tool — the Business ID is read from the URL. ✦ TIPS Keep the Business Manager Settings page open (business.facebook.com/settings) for the most reliable Business ID detection. If you see "No business_id in URL", navigate to a BM Settings page and try again. Admin role grants full Business Manager access. Use Employee role for restricted access.
