This is beautiful. Any chance you could add a feature that allows users to manually blur specific video thumbnails on YouTube? This could be integrated as a menu item within the "Three Dot" menu underneath each video or as a standalone icon/menu on top of the thumbnails. This would be useful for cases where I generally don't mind a content creator's thumbnails but find a particular one obnoxious or ugly and want to hide it.

Hi, glad you like it! Regarding your feature request, I wanted such menu item/button in past but I decided to drop that idea in the end. I learned hard way that smallest changes in structure of Youtube page (adding button etc.) can be very brittle and error prone. Firstly, any major layout change in page invalidate all my work without further notice. Secondly, this is not as trivial as it seems as there is a lot of magic underhood (long story, could write a book on that topic). Thirdly, there is currently way to hide videos via three dots: "Not interested" on home page and "Hide" on subscriptions page, I know, this is not the same thing but still. So while I find it desirable and convenient I don't see it worthwhile.

In Chrome expand settings (three dots) and go to: "Extensions" -> "Manage Extensions" -> Find extension on list and click "Details" -> "Extension options". You can also enable "Pin to Toolbar" and then you will be able to click on extension icon.
