LocalBlur is a lightweight, privacy-first Chrome extension for redacting sensitive information in images and screenshots. How it works: - Right‑click any image on a webpage and choose “Redact this image (Blur)” - Or open the editor and upload an image - Add/move/resize redaction boxes - Preview and export a clean redacted PNG Privacy by design: - Local-only processing (your images are not uploaded) - No accounts or sign-up - No tracking / analytics collected by Blur - Your images are not stored by Blur Perfect for: - Sharing screenshots safely - Hiding emails, phone numbers, addresses, account IDs, and other sensitive details - Creators, support teams, and anyone who shares images online Tip: Use the “Preview” mode to see the final look before exporting.
