This extension converts phone numbers to links which will connect your calls using any selected protocol including custom URL dial or the internal webRTC phone. Provide you BLF states of your extensions, allow you to call and pickup calls and provide you to set your agent state and full integration to any CRM for popup calls information and open customers page. To use this extension, you must have active user account.
