Blue them from An unofficial Android™-inspired theme for Chrome. This is still Beta

This was a green theme and i kind of didn't like it because my favorite color is blue :) and didn't see anyone do that so why not me do that for you guys. If you didn't like it please tell me why and i would update it as soon as possible. Seems nice enough, but I'm deducting a star because it's more purple than blue.
