I highlight the word 'neck' and right click then click "Search Blue Canoe for 'neck'", it came back 'No definition Found'. Something not right.

Hello,
Unfortunately, no response to the last time I attempted to bring this to your attention in Jan 2022. Even more the pity, it doesn't look like you have responded to ANY of the many questions and issues raised on your support page.
I get the same problem in both Chrome and Edge in Windows 11. The extention appears to install successfuly. The settings are fairly straight-forward. However, the BC dictionary simply does not activate by any of the available methods. I highlight and right-click on a word and there is no BC in the context menu. Using any of these variations using the "alt" key produces the same result.
When I click on the BC icon in the boomkarks bar, opens the "Extensions Options" page which displays options:
-Immediate: Show the popup as soon as a word is selected
- Context menu: Show an option in the right-click context menu
-Trigger Key
Using all available optiions and combinations of options on that page resuslts in the same thing: Nothing.
The same results in Chrome and Edgem on Wndows 11 and last year when I was using Windows 10.
It's a pity as I can only imagine the enormous amount of time, money and resources it took to create this wonderful app.

Different sound
Hello,
I'd like to talk about the word "delighted". When I click on this word using the Blue Canoe extension the "WHITE TIE" icon is shown, but the sound I've heard sounds like GRAY DAY.

Blue Canoe does not work on Chrome or Firefox on Windows 10 pc
Hello. I see that several people have reported this same issue going back more than one year, but there has been only one response; a link to this video => https://youtu.be/HkqZ95yElFg explaining how to install the extension.
Unfortunately, installation is not the problem. I can install the extension successfully, but there is no Blue Canoe po pup or context menu when I select and click on a word. I hope you can sort this out for me and for the several people who have reported the same problem and have not been attended to. Thanks! Rex

Is this the best way to report some inconsistencies? I think "polymorphism" has the underscore on the wrong syllable, thanks, and what a great tool by the way!!! :-)

CAN'T SEE BLUE CANOE ON RIGHT CLICK
Hi, I installed the dictionary in my desktop (MAC) . Although I can see blue canoe icon on the menu list below the computer screen, I cannot run it. When I highlight and right click the word the blue canoe doesn't come up. I want to use the dictionary both in Safari and Crome. Is there any way that you can help me in that matter?

There is some mistake in this word: "Polychromatic". I guess that underline should come below the letter "a".
