A free, local, on-device AI assistant for Chrome. The model runs inside your browser, so your prompts, page content and conversations never leave your computer — no API key, no account, no subscription, no external AI service. NanoChat opens in the Chrome side panel next to the page you are reading. Ask questions about the current page, summarize an article, explain a passage, rewrite selected text or work from the page context without copying it into a separate chat. It runs on Chrome's built-in Prompt API and Gemini Nano.
