This extension supports the BlogTrackers tool - http://blogtrackers.host.ualr.edu/ . After registering, users can dynamically add interesting blogs to their trackers as they browse.

Very good app, I can track websites easily and without any confusion, there is still more work to be done but it is heading in the right direction.
