Blockit helps you stay away from adult content with a lockout that doesn’t switch off the moment you change your mind. HOW IT WORKS • Add keywords and websites you want to avoid, or use the quick-add lists. • When one matches, the page is blocked and a lockout starts (10 minutes by default, up to 24 hours). Until it ends, every search goes to Chrome’s home page. • The timer keeps running across tabs, refreshes and browser restarts. PROTECTION THAT NEEDS NO LIST • Built-in adult word scanner in several languages • Built-in list of about 76,000 adult websites • SafeSearch forced on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo and Yahoo • YouTube Restricted Mode • Spots pages that label themselves as adult ACCOUNTABILITY • Turning protection off needs a password. • Give the password to a partner so you can’t unlock things alone. STREAK • Counts days since you last got past a block, with a 14-day history. PRIVACY Your lists, settings and streak stay on your device. Blockit has no account, no tracking and no ads.
