Redirects youtube.com/shorts/* to the YouTube home page.

Blocks YouTube Shorts in the profile it is installed in. • youtube.com/shorts/<id> and m.youtube.com/shorts/<id> redirect to the YouTube home page — including in-app navigations that never hit the network. • Shorts shelves, the Shorts sidebar entry, and Shorts results in search are hidden. Scope: only youtube.com is touched. Nothing is read, collected, stored, or sent anywhere; there is no background service worker, no analytics, and no remote code. Filtering is declared statically in the package (declarativeNetRequest). Use case: keeping Shorts out of a child's or a distraction-prone profile. To undo: disable or remove the extension from chrome://extensions.
