Block Sender

You can't get everything for free. Free extensions only do so much and can't be trusted. BlockSender has added an a lot of functionality to my gmail that I've been missing. Support has been incredible. If you're concerned over the negative reviews - read the documentation. This is a great add-on for any Gmail usr

Works well for me - BUT - make sure you use the "edit" feature to change from Delete to Trash and vice-versa as well as when changing "None/Bounce". I have 240+ "phrases/Subjects/Names" and 50+ domains/emails blocked.

Zero customer support. Have emailed, used their form and no response. Blocks emails that you did not add and there is no way to verify if the tool is working. Blocked emails that should go to trash remain in spam folder - so it really looks like this thing isn't working. Worse, costs a fortune to include several emails. I was hoping the bounce feature would get some persistent spammers out of my mailbox. Who knows? It might be time to ask for my money back.

Registration was very confusing, I had to go through the proces of adding an account several times before it worked. I was hoping that I could use this to bounce the occasional message, but at a minimum of $49 for an yearly subscription, no thanks. Why software companies no longer sell licences instead of trying to force customers into paying for an expensive or monthly subscription is beyond me. Deleting.

blocksender.io that is incredibly effective in preventing email stalking. From personal experience, I can vouch for its reliability and effectiveness. Finaly I have a clean inbox. I highly recommend giving it a try!

It won't let me sign up for an account. The sign up widow keeps refreshing after I enter and confirm a password.

The extension does not allow me to sign into my account(I am on a Google Chromebook), but I signed up to Block Sender free after an online search and hope the app is working!

App worked very well for me when I was going through a disastrous breakage. It helped me block my ex from all his crazy emails and threats. If you are going through something like that or someone is driving you crazy with emails then I would definitely recommend the app. Customer service also great I had some technical issues when I subscribed and they fixed it immediately. Overall, worth every dime

Its definitely a legit app. I used it to block spammers successfully. The filters feature is pretty useful in identifying different ways to block new email ids that someone might create to spam. I also like how multiple accounts can be linked to it so that the block is easily applied across multiple accounts. I wish I didn't have to use Chrome everytime to use this app, maybe it would be worth it to have this app installed on Safari as well? Overall definitely very useful app!

What a great service and company. Last year I had a very bad experience with my ex-husband stalking me and sending me horrible emails after our divorce. This app blocked all emails and I never even had to see them come through. This was a huge improvement in my well-being. I love having the control to add/remove any emails to block at any time.
