Youtube watch history

There is a problem with Youtube watch history.
When I start disabling all Extentions I noticed that Youtube watch history is updating when I disable the "Image block" Extention.
I have installed 20 chrome Extentions and found a problem with this Extention.

Default on startup

Hello, is there a way I can have block image ON every time I re-open Chrome and every time I open a new tab? Currently, if I turn it OFF, Chrome remembers that it is OFF and it is OFF until I click ON again.

Hi when chrome restarts the image extension is ON, it has to be OFF

Whitelist

Works exactly as intended, but a whitelist/blacklist system, or working on a per-tab basis would be ideal. Any chance of it being added in the future?

Allow images under specified size

I would actually like "small" ux images and pixels to load, just not the bulky smiley face stock photos. Anyway to get a setting to allow images under a specified size or is that data not available on page load?
