Block Channels & Sync lets you hide unwanted channels and keep your blocklist synchronised across Chrome browsers. • Block channels from supported YouTube video and channel surfaces. • Hide blocked channels from recommendations, search results and other supported YouTube views. • Manage your blocked channels in a searchable list and unblock them at any time. • Export a JSON backup or import an existing blocklist. • Optionally try YouTube’s native “Don’t recommend channel” action when you explicitly block a channel. Channel IDs are used to identify blocked channels reliably. Your blocklist and settings are stored using Chrome extension storage. Cross-browser synchronisation requires Chrome Sync to be enabled for the same Google account. No separate extension account is needed. Works on the YouTube website in Chrome, not in the YouTube mobile app. YouTube layout changes may affect supported controls.
