Blob — Beat the Loading
Overview
A punchable fidget blob that appears while AI thinks. Slash, grind, charge and pop it — it bows out when your answer arrives.
Waiting for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to finish thinking? Give your hands somewhere to go. Blob is a squishy, punchable creature that pops up while the AI is generating, and gracefully bows out the moment your answer is ready. No goals, no levels, no score to chase — just pure, physical, satisfying feedback for your idle mouse and keyboard. WHAT YOU CAN DO WHILE YOU WAIT • Slash — fling your cursor anywhere near the blob for mid-air hits • Grind — scrub your scroll wheel or trackpad; faster means harder • Charge — hold the mouse down, release for a massive hammer slam • Bonk — click the blob once, then mash your keyboard (Space = heavy slam, Enter = shockwave, Esc = release the keyboard) • Pop — every hit builds pressure; max it out and the blob explodes into goo across your whole screen, then reassembles with a squelch DESIGNED TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY • Appears only while the AI is generating (or set it to always-on) • Never blocks clicks, scrolling, or typing on the page • Keyboard input is only captured after you explicitly click the blob • Drag it anywhere; position is remembered per site • Right-click to mute; full settings in the toolbar popup All sounds are synthesized in real time with Web Audio — no audio files, no tracking, no data collection. Everything runs locally in your browser. Works on chatgpt.com, claude.ai, and gemini.google.com.
